  • Most clients see the best results with a facial every 4 to 6 weeks, matching your skin's natural renewal cycle. For targeted concerns like acne or dark spots, your esthetician may recommend a short corrective series first.

  • Arrive with clean skin if possible and skip retinols or strong exfoliants for 2 to 3 days beforehand. Afterward, avoid direct sun and heavy workouts for 24 hours and wear SPF daily to protect your results.
