Yes. If you are not ready to rent, we also do offer the opportunity to work directly with us to help you get started.

Yes. As a booth renter, you operate as your own independent business. You set your own prices, hours, and services. We provide the space, amenities, and supportive environment.

No. The flat $265/week is your only rent. Everything you charge clients is yours.

None. No setup fees, no security deposit beyond first week's rent, no extra charges for utilities or amenities.

Yes. You can sell your own products, OR sell ours and earn 20% commission. Many renters choose to have us purchase the products and sell through our front desk.

We're open 7 days a week (Sun & Mon 10am–5pm, Tue–Sat 9am–7pm). You can set your own schedule within our open hours. You will also have your own key to open and close if you need to come in earlier or stay a little later.

Yes. We're located next to Ralphs in a shopping center with abundant free parking for you and your clients. We also do have parking at the back of the building for our booth renters.

No long-term contracts. We do ask for clear communication about your timeline so we can plan accordingly.
