  1. Single-Use Discounts: For our monetary value discounts—$2.50 off for 500 points, $5 off for 1,000 points, and $10 off for 2,000 points—you can choose to apply one of these discounts per visit. This means you can select either a $2.50, $5, or $10 discount on any single service or product, ensuring you get a sweet deal every time you join us.

  2. Combining Rewards: While monetary discounts are limited to one per visit, you're welcome to combine them with any other reward option. For instance, you can redeem a $10 discount on a service or product and, during the same visit, enjoy a rejuvenating cryotherapy session by redeeming an additional 10,000 points.

  3. Non-Transferable Points: Your points are a token of our appreciation for your loyalty, and as such, they are personalized just for you. This means that points cannot be transferred to another person.

  4. Non-Monetary Value: Points are not redeemable for cash. They are designed to give you access to discounts and complimentary services that enhance your salon and spa experience.

Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

The Loyalty Program is offered as a complimentary reward for eligible clients and members. Points accrued through the program have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program and its associated benefits—including point accrual rates, redemption values, eligibility criteria, and expiration rules—at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the loyalty program constitutes acceptance of the current terms. Clients are responsible for reviewing the most up-to-date program terms posted on our website or available in-store upon request.
