Le Rêve Salon de Paris opened its doors to the public with a dream of raising the bar in the beauty and wellness industry. The goal was and always will be to provide the local community with a beautiful, modern, one-stop beauty salon and spa where people can fulfill all of their beauty and relaxation needs in one place. We are always looking to add more services and talented professionals to our already extensive list and have even added a Med-Spa and cryotherapy chamber at the request of the community. In order to make the dreams of all our customers come true, Le Rêve Salon and Spa provides a unique experience with two main things in mind, convenience and elegance!

SPACIOUS STATIONS
Spacing matters! Here at Le Rêve Salon and Spa, we made sure to leave plenty of space around each hair station to ensure that the team and their customers feel at ease with the freedom to move as they are doing what they love. To further optimize comfort, we offer access to a hair processing lounge where stylists can seat their customers to free their up chair. When we say comfort is a priority not only for the Dream Team and all our guests, we mean it!
LOCATION MATTERS
Located in a beautiful shopping center with plenty of foot traffic, Le Rêve Salon and Spa is the perfect place to grow your hairdresser career! With plenty of parking in the shopping center, you and your clients don’t have to worry about finding a spot or paying the meter. Matter of fact, we even have our own staff parking lot. On your free time, you can walk around the plaza to grab food or even run those errands without having to jump in your car. On Friday nights, you can take a nice stroll after work along the streets of the Granada Village where you can enjoy a wide variety of delicious foods, drinks, and desserts from the amazing food trucks and vendors that line the streets.

What even is the Dream Team?! Great question! The Dream Team is the Le Rêve family. Le Rêve in French means the Dream. We are a family-owned and run salon and spa. When you join the Dream Team, you really join the family…you will experience it for yourself, you’ll see!

We pride ourselves on being a one-stop beauty and relaxation destination. Here at Le Rêve Salon and Spa we offer all the salon and spa services you can think of. This is great for our commission stylist to grow their clientele due to the high traffic caused by the other services within the salon and spa.
BACK BAR SUPPLY
No need to bring your own product, color, or treatment. Here at Le Rêve Salon and Spa, we provide all the necessary products for our commission hair dressers!
TOWEL SERVICE
No need to bring your own towels and store them in your locker. We got you covered!
CLEANING
At times, it can get very busy and it may be a burden to have to sweep and tidy up your station. Here at Le Rêve, we have a cleaning staff that will assist in doing so when possible. We also have hair vacuums that allow you to simply sweep hair and have it discarded for you with ease. No need use a dustpan or bend down!
MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
The best thing about the Le Rêve Salon and Spa is our spa membership program which allows clients to have a set of services each month on an automatic recurring basis. This keeps guests coming in constantly every month ensuring that our spa stays busy not only with new guests but with returning guests as well. This in turn helps the hairstylist department have constant exposure.
ABOUT THE HAIRSTYLIST POSITION
At Le Rêve Salon and Spa we expect our hairstylists to be able to skillfully and proficiently:
Provide high-quality hair treatments and services that address the guests requests and concerns
Advise clients and suggest treatments and services related to their individual needs
Perform consultations
Here at Le Rêve Salon and Spa hairstylists will work alongside nail technicians, estheticians, massage therapists, and makeup artists, meaning, hairdressers have the responsibility for all of the hair services for each of the clients that walk through the door.
The job duties of a hairstylist at Le Rêve Salon and Spa would additionally involve:
Greeting guests and suggesting the appropriate services and treatments
Educating clients on spa/salon therapies and services
Actively pursuing daily sales goals, including retail sales
In addition to possessing knowledge and expertise in salon or spa services, treatments, programs, and products, qualified hairstylists also possess specific personality traits and qualities. Therefore, we often look for hair professionals who:
Are polite and well-mannered
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Are well-spoken and articulate
Are able to quickly and adeptly assess the needs and wants of their clients
Have excellent time management skills
Can solve problems and handle multi-tasking
Can work well both alone and with a team
Have a neat and polished appearance
Always maintain professionalism, tact, and discretion
Have a friendly, outgoing personality
Well-qualified hairstylists are always:
On-time for their shifts and for client appointments
Able to provide consistent services and treatments in accordance with state laws and salon protocols
Supporting the needs of the salon/spa
Ensuring the proper care of salon/spa equipment
Ensuring safety, sterilization, and sanitation procedures are satisfied
Able to work weekends
Communicating with staff and management to ensure the salon or spa runs smoothly and according to schedule
